CamperVault replaces that with software for waitlist management, scheduling, invoicing, digital contracts, and group insurance. The marketplace layer then connects operators to new customers, creating two-sided lock-in.

Find the Excel market
We look for operators with 10–500 customers who still manage everything manually. No good software exists. The market is big enough to matter, small enough that no VC has noticed.

Build the software
We build lean, focused operator software that solves the 3–5 core problems. Agenda. Waitlist. Invoicing. Contracts. Make it so good they can't imagine going back to Excel.

Add the marketplace
Once operators are locked in by software, we add consumer-facing search and discovery. Now both sides of the market need us. Network effects compound. Churn becomes structurally impossible.

Prove before raising
We bootstrap until the numbers tell the story. €10k MRR, 90%+ retention, NPS above 50. Then we raise — or we sell. Either way we negotiate from strength, not hope.

Expand the stack
Payments, insurance, financing, logistics — every adjacent service we add increases ARPU and deepens lock-in. The goal is to become the operating system for the vertical.

Cross the border
Netherlands first. Then Belgium, Germany, France. The playbook is the same in every market. Local sales, local operators, same product. Repeatability is the moat.
